The following requirements will ensure presentation of the best possible show:
- A stage size of approximately 6 X 4m including a drum riser (one stage piece 1.8 X 2.4m) or portion of stage raised for a drum riser. Please contact us if this can not be provided by your venue.
- Clear access to the stage three hours prior to 'doors' of your event for the set up, sound check and clean up of all equipment. Please contact us if this can not be provided.
- A suitable dressing/ band room with chairs, hanging space, full length mirror, ironing board and iron (our presentation is very important).
- It would be appreciated if iced water and soft drinks/ juices could be available in the dressing/ band room.
For Your Information:
- Unless otherwise arranged, performances are usually 40 minutes on stage with a 20 minute break. This is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your program. Once the runsheet is received the band will create the best length set and breaks.
- To ensure the above and best preparation it would be appreciated if a runsheet can be sent at least one week prior to the event.
- Unless otherwise noted, meals are not a contractual requirement. If you wish to provide meals, this would be greatly appreciated especially when location or timings do not allow performers and crew to leave site. Catering would be for 6 people including crew with no dietary requirements.
